How to Update Your Billing and Payment Method

New card, expired card, or a switch from personal to company card. Here's how to change what Inkfree charges. 

Swapping the Card 

1.  Open Settings → My Plan. 

2.  Find the payment method section and click Update. 

3.  Enter the new card details and save. 

The change takes effect immediately; your next charge uses the new card. 

If a Payment Fails 

Don't panic, nothing is deleted: 

1.  Inkfree retries the charge automatically over the following days and emails you each time. 

2.  Update the card during this window and the retry succeeds, so service continues without interruption. 

3.  If retries run out, the account moves to the free plan until payment resumes; your documents remain safe and accessible. 

Tip: Card expiring next month? Update it now; future-dated fixes are the ones that never cause outages.
