1.  Send from a tested template — one you've run end-to-end at least once. 

2.  Early in the week — Tuesday-morning sends beat Friday-afternoon sends decisively. 

3.  Automatic reminders on — with hundreds of signers, manual chasing doesn't scale. 

4.  Set an expiration — an open-ended campaign never reaches 100%; a deadline does.
