Why Is My Document Not Loading?

A blank viewer or endless spinner has a short list of causes — run through it before assuming the worst. 

1. Connection and Size 

Large multi-document requests take a moment on slow connections. Check your network; give a 40MB packet a few seconds of grace. 

2. Extension Interference 

Open the link in an incognito window. Loads fine there? A browser extension is blocking the viewer — allowlist Inkfree in your ad-blocker or privacy tool. 

3. The Request's Own State 

Links die for legitimate reasons: the request expired, was voided by the sender, or was completed/declined. If the page says as much, the document isn't broken — the request is closed. Check with the sender. 

4. Stale Cache 

Clear cache and cookies for the site (see the dedicated article), then reload.
