How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Plans aren't a commitment — move up when you grow, move down when the season quiets. Both take under a minute.
How to Upgrade
1. Open Settings → My Plan (or click the Usage & Plan meter in the top bar).
2. Review the plan cards and click the plan you want.
3. Pick monthly or annual billing (annual saves 25%), confirm payment.
Upgrades apply instantly. New features unlock the moment payment goes through, and the price difference is prorated for the current cycle.
How to Downgrade
1. Same place — Settings → My Plan — choose the smaller plan.
2. Confirm.
Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle, so you keep everything you've paid for.
Tip: Sending volume is seasonal for many teams — annual Standard often beats bouncing between monthly tiers, thanks to the 25% discount.
