How to Send a Document to a Large Recipient List
Policy updates for 400 employees. NDAs for every event attendee. Consent forms for a whole customer list. Bulk Send (Business plan) turns what used to be a week of copy-paste into one send: each recipient gets their own personal copy and signing link.
Running a Bulk Send
1. Click the arrow next to Create Request and choose Bulk Send.
2. Upload the document and place fields, exactly like a regular request.
3. Upload your recipient list as a CSV: one row per person.
4. Map the CSV columns to the document's fields, review the preview, and send.
How It Differs from a Regular Request
• Each recipient signs independently: no shared signing order, no waiting on each other.
• You receive one completed document per recipient, not one document with hundreds of signatures.
• Tracking rolls up into a campaign view: delivered, viewed, signed, bounced.
Tip: Test with a 2-row CSV (you and a colleague) before the real send; five minutes of testing beats resending to 400 people.
