Understanding Inkfree's Sending and Usage Limits

Every Inkfree plan includes a set number of sign requests, and knowing your limits helps you pick the right plan and avoid surprises mid-month. 

Limits by Plan 

•  Lifetime Free — 1 user, 3 sign requests, no templates. Perfect for personal use. 

•  Basic — 1 user, 10 sign requests, 3 templates. 

•  Standard — priced per seat, up to 5 users, unlimited sign requests, unlimited templates. 

•  Business — priced per seat, more than 5 users, unlimited everything, plus advanced workflows like bulk send and approvals. 

Reading the Usage Meter 

The Usage & Plan ring in the top bar shows exactly where you stand — for example, "3 / 25 docs" means you've used 3 of 25 documents in this cycle. The ring fills as you send. 

 What Happens at the Limit 

When you reach your allowance, sending pauses — existing requests keep working, signers can still sign, and completed documents still arrive. You just can't send new requests until you upgrade or your billing cycle resets. 

Tip: If you regularly brush against your limit, the jump to Standard removes the ceiling entirely — unlimited sign requests.
