The Morning Read 

1.  Waiting on you — documents where you're the bottleneck. Clear these first; they're one click each. 

2.  In progress — your live pipeline. A number that only grows may mean reminders aren't set. 

3.  Completed this month — the win counter, and your informal volume gauge against your plan allowance. 

4.  Recent activity — the last day's events across all requests: views, signatures, declines. 

From Glance to Action 

Each dashboard number is a door — click through to the filtered list behind it. The habit that keeps turnaround tight: open dashboard, clear "waiting on you", scan "in progress" for anything stale, done in five minutes.
