The Completion Sequence 

1.  The request status flips to Completed the instant the final signer clicks Finish. 

2.  Inkfree cryptographically seals the documents — any byte changed afterward becomes detectable. 

3.  The certificate of completion is generated, packaging the full audit trail. 

4.  Final documents are emailed to everyone: each signer, the sender, and every CC recipient. 

5.  You're notified, and the completed request stays permanently accessible in your account. 

Nothing Left To Do 

Distribution is fully automatic — no manual forwarding, no "final version" confusion. The only optional step: download the document and certificate into your own archive for important agreements.
