How to Search for a Document

Somewhere in your account is the Hendersen agreement from April. Here's how to find it in five seconds. 

The Search Bar 

On the Sign Request page, search matches: 

•  Request titles. 

•  Document file names. 

•  Recipient names and emails — often the fastest key: search "hendersen" and everything they ever signed appears. 

Narrowing Down 

Combine search with the filters: 

1.  Status — In progress, Completed, Declined… 

2.  Date range — "sometime in Q2". 

3.  Folder — limit to one process. 

Tip: Name requests descriptively at send time ("MSA — Hendersen Corp — 2026 renewal") and future searches become trivial. Your naming discipline today is your findability tomorrow.
