Do You Have a Refund Policy?

Last Updated: Jul 31, 20262 min read

Whether you're owed a refund depends on how long you've been subscribed and whether you're on a monthly or annual plan. Here's how it breaks down.

What You Should Know

•  First 30 days: if you cancel within 30 days of your very first subscription (monthly or annual), you get a full refund of your last charge back to the original payment method.

•  Existing annual subscribers: if you're past the 30-day window and cancel mid-cycle, you get a prorated refund for the unused remainder of your current annual period.

•  Existing monthly subscribers: if you're past the 30-day window, monthly renewals are not refundable. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the free plan.

Refunds vs. Credits

•  Refund: cash back to your original payment method. This only applies to the cancellation cases above.

•  Plan/seat credit: if you reduce your seat count or downgrade your plan without canceling, the difference is issued as a credit toward future invoices, not a cash refund. Removing an add-on or deactivating a single user (without reducing purchased seats) does not generate a refund or a credit.

•  Billing issues: if you believe there was an error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect payment, contact us and we’ll review the details.

How to Request Help

  1. Contact support with your account email and billing details.
  2. Briefly explain the issue and include any relevant information about the charge.
  3. Our team will confirm which case applies and let you know the next steps.
