How to Cancel Your Subscription

No retention maze, no phone call required. Cancelling is self-serve and your data stays yours. 

Canceling 

1.  Open Settings → My Plan. 

2.  Click Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation steps. 

3.  Done. You'll get an email confirming the cancellation. 

What Happens After 

•  You keep paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. 

•  Then the account moves to the Lifetime Free plan: your documents, contacts, templates, and completed requests all remain accessible. 

•  You can resubscribe anytime; nothing needs rebuilding. 

•  If you're within 30 days of your first-ever subscription, or you're an existing annual subscriber canceling mid-cycle, you may be owed a refund instead - see our refund policy for details. 

Before You Go 

If a missing feature or a problem is driving the cancellation, tell support first; there may be a fix, a workaround, or a cheaper plan that fits. And if you're leaving entirely, export your contacts (Contacts → Export) and download any documents you need while you're thinking of it.
