How to Keep Your Inkfree Account Secure
Your Inkfree account holds legally binding agreements — it deserves the same care as your banking login. The good news: five habits cover almost everything.
The Five Habits
1. Use a long, unique password. Never reuse a password from another site; a password manager makes this effortless.
2. Enable two-factor authentication. Two minutes of setup, permanent protection — see the 2FA guide above.
3. Never share your login. Invite teammates properly instead (Settings → Teams), so every action stays attributable and nobody depends on a shared password.
4. Review your login history every few months in Settings → Security. Unfamiliar session? Change your password immediately.
5. Treat unexpected signing emails with suspicion. Verify the sender before clicking — legitimate Inkfree requests name a sender you recognize.
For Admins: Protect the Whole Workspace
Open Settings → Security Policies to enforce protections org-wide:
• Require 2FA for all members.
• Rotate passwords on a schedule with a grace period.
• Time out idle sessions automatically.
One admin decision protects every member — including the ones who'd never get around to it themselves.
