"Upgrade Required": Features Not in Your Plan
Some pages greet you with an upgrade notice instead of content. This isn't an error; it's a plan boundary, and the page is telling you exactly which one.
Where You'll See It
Features above your current plan show the notice in place of the page:
• Templates: Basic and above (3), unlimited on Standard+.
• Reports: Business.
• Approval workflows, bulk send, team inbox: Business.
• Delegation, OTP/passcode auth, AI Assistant: Standard and above.
What to Do
1. Click through to Settings → My Plan and compare plans; the notice usually deep-links you there.
2. Upgrading unlocks the page instantly; no waiting, no migration.
3. Not the account owner? Only members with billing permission can upgrade, so ask your admin.
Tip: If one locked feature keeps stopping you, that's your usage telling you which plan you've outgrown.
