Understanding the Sign Request Detail Page
One page per request, everything on it. The detail page is mission control — learn its regions once and you'll diagnose any request in seconds.
The Regions
1. Header — title, status pill, sender, sent date, and expiry — plus the action buttons: Send Reminder, Download Documents, Download Certificate, and the overflow menu (duplicate, void, move to folder).
2. Signing progress — the bar counting signatures in ("1 of 3 signed").
3. Documents — each file in the request, previewable and downloadable.
4. Signers & Approvers — every recipient with their status badge, verification method, and level in the signing order. Declines show their reason inline. Each row's menu offers per-person actions (remind, edit email).
5. Audit Trail — the live, timestamped activity log.
6. Request details — the ID (quote it to support), signing order type, reminder cadence, expiration, and folder.
The Habit Worth Building
When anything seems off with a request — unanswered, stuck, disputed — come here first. Between the per-signer statuses and the audit trail, the page almost always answers "what happened and what do I do next?"
